In 1994, James Mirriam Promotions and Putting Our House In Order were the forerunners of Intercontinental Promotions. I believed it worked for some time but due to lack of money, people's egos, and people being used, made it fold. I believe Intercontinental Promotions was the Phoenix that arose from the ashes of "James Mirriam Promotions" and "Putting Our House in Order"
